Tetchan's sauce was developed in collaboration with Hattori Brewery, a purveyor to the Tokugawa clan.The bonito flakes and mackerel flakes add a seafood flavor, and the use of vegetables and fruits such as tomatoes and apples gives it a sweet taste! This is a special sauce that you can only get at Tetchan, with a refreshing sourness from the carefully selected fruit vinegar!

At Tetchan, we have installed a radio wave vibration device (Doctor Fly), which has been featured on TV, inside our flyers.The oil and moisture in the ingredients are vibrated 50,000 times per second, resulting in a finer surface and allowing the ingredients to be fried while retaining their flavor without losing moisture!
